Testing the “image” feature (won’t work at “Q’s Place)

Since updating to the newer version of WordPress (2.8.6), I can’t “upload”  images into my posts.  Nor can I access the “help” featurePerhaps there’s some problem with settings, or with the theme. perhaps I should change into this one?
Anyone out there that has foud this problem?
